(More customer reviews)I bought this product because my old bread knife was one of those very thin, 1960's models.I could not slice a loaf of bread evenly with it.The Centurion has a good balance and weight in my hand.I can slice through a loaf of 100% wholewheat bread, and the slices come out just like I want them to.Excellent knife, I'm glad I purchased it.
